Product Description

PAC & PAM Dry Powder Dosing Unit
Process Principle
The polymer solution preparation process is accomplished through a series of stepwise processing in individual solution tanks, with tanks separated from each other. This ensures optimal reaction time and constant concentration in each solution tank, preventing direct pathways between pre-prepared tanks and the final solution tank.
This equipment is automatically controlled by a control box connected to a level gauge installed on the final solution tank. When the level reaches "low", the electric water inlet valve opens. The contact-type flowmeter starts the dry hopper, with discharge size determined according to water volume for precise concentration control. When reaching "high", the cycle stops while agitators remain in operation.
This system continuously and automatically prepares standard diluted solutions (0.3-5g/L) of latex-like cationic, anionic, or non-ionized polymers. While latex-like polymers require shorter curing time than powder polymers, sufficient curing time is recommended for optimal chemical consumption.
